~lackeyfirstclass: I opened a problem report with AT&T **Sep**, and they said my issue would be taken care of by **Oct**. This means I can't go anywhere for * days and have to cancel * appointments. Can't they just schedule me for *Oct** or any other specific day and let me do what I have to do until then? I don't mind that my phone is out of order for the * days, it's the waiting around for up to * days and not knowing what day they'll come.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~lackeyfirstclass: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lackeyfirstclass: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lackeyfirstclass: For that I would say four out of five.
