GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-feliciad: What a nightmare,worst company I have ever had to deal with and the customer service not even *** star! Never take them at what they tell you they have no care for the customers. * hours in one day on phone with them trying to get issue solved to the point I was so upset I broke down crying! And now two managers are looking into this and told me they would be calling me back and now its over two weeks! So I call again and low and behold another run around and call again and again being routed to India and Phillipines! So Sad never take them at the word or deal they give you! Will be calling Corp. Monday after that If not solved they loose all my business,have done away with Direct TV being they have own that now next will be U-Verse and my telephones! No more !

GetHuman-feliciad: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-feliciad: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
GetHuman-feliciad: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
