~Tree50: 'bot unable to decipher bank routing code, as is generally the case with the contact *s*provided in bill. However, was given to a representative w*out becoming lost in the void. She had such a high-pitched, weak voice that I spent most of the time asking her to pleasde repeat, or speak up. *If I didn't listen to her sales pitch, I was going to be charged $* more.*Was finally connected to a 'bot capable of comprehending both my routing&acct. *s...afyer a total of ** minutes.

~Tree50: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tree50: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tree50: For that I would say one out of five.
