~gary belote: told me I would pay $***.***mo...ended up paying $***.***mo. Have tried* times to get American CS...finally got one....she transferred me back to India. I'm quitting and getting someone who has American CS reps. By the way ATT gave ** million to Obama for re-election..perhaps they should spend that on American jobs like CS reps who speak English.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~gary belote: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gary belote: For that I would say four out of five.
