~DF: I could barely understand the tech support agent because of his strong accent, then he didn't help me at all. My pc is in warranty and after a system update I can't use my printer anymore. He tried to send me to the maker of the printer and I had just spent ** minutes on the phone with them as a former tech support agent myself it was not the printer, so I went to them because it was an obvious hardware issue (which is covered under warranty) he tried sending me to a department so they could charge me to help me. I hate these companies sending jobs overseas only for us to get crappy service and all for a couple of dollars a day for them. My issue was not resolved so I have to wait and pray I get a tech support tomorrow based in America. I'm fuming!

~DF: For that I would say two out of five.
