~stc: Adobe is a company complete unable to help their customers. All their support is in India. Many of them not capable of speaking any understandable english. After almost * hours on the phone, they hangup. This has to be the worst customer service in the planet. If you can avoid this company at all cost.

~stc: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
