~Morgan: Since Wednesday, July **, ****, I have been trying to talk to a representative at Air Jamaica regarding my departure from Montego Bay on Wednesday July **, ****. However, I continue to get the same recording stating that all lines are busy or the call drops. I changed my reservation but I noticed that the transaction has not gone through on my credit card. With all the technology we have today, I am sure air Jamaica can afford more than one telephone line. It is now July **, **** and I have yet to speak with an representative. My wait have been * days and counting!!!
