~jdansby: I needed some help trying to access my account and tried wvery number and none of them would give a person, I didn't know what phone number I used and it wouldn't take a taxes id number so I got no help will have to get in my car and drive to a service center to get any service some number should yeild a person.

~jdansby: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jdansby: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Alagasco's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jdansby: For that I would say four out of five.
