~Khyati: I called in last night (April **th, ****) at **:** pm. I told the customer service agent that I was booking a vacation online all day but it wouldn't let me book it. I asked if she was able to book it for me. At first she said ya, but I will charge you $**pp for booking. I refused to pay that fee as I was wanting to book it online regardless. She said our site is under maintenance, however there was no indication on your website that your site is having trouble try again later or anything about it being under construction. With that said the girl on the phone told me we are shutting down our call centre now so I would have to hang up on you now. She refused to book my trip, or help me with anything else. I asked her for her name she hung up on me by saying she has to hang up because they are shutting down? what kind of customer service is that? In between this call she would keep on putting me on hold, wouldn't answer me, kept on giggling on the side and was doing all sort of work as s
