~Patricia Mampel: CS live person answered right away with courteous attention.I'm a senior and she explained the refund process repeatedly for me.She handled refunds to my bank and mad a follow-up note for herself to check status next month to make sure I wouldn't be debited again.I'm so relieved because I was facing overdraft fees and only get soc-sec once per month income.God bless her!
