GetHuman-139092: This is my husbands loan who is currently deployed. I have POA and have called in the past and never had a problem. Called today to confirm payment after my spouse (who I don't speak with often enough) told me he got an late email. The lady (Jen) was rude telling me she didn't have my POA on file and I would have to go through my husband before she would even verify our monthly payment. The correct answer, Jen, would have been to apologize that our POA was suddenly not showing up and let me know how to get it back in the system. Very poor and rude service.
