~Todd: I got excellent service and the wait time was literally about ** seconds. I listened to the menu options and none really fit my purpose so i just selected *(repot a lost*stolen card)cuz thats obviously something that would require speaking to a service rep plus lost*stolen cards arent very common therefore that should should be quickest route to get a human. it rang one time and someone immediately picked up. I guess what im saying is maybe selecting * is the way to go regardless of what ur issue is. once u get a rep on the phone theyll always help even if u selected the wrong menu option.

~Todd: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
