GetHuman-sarahnh: it wont let me sign up for an account i have tried multiple times it always tells me that its unable to register

GetHuman-sarahnh: i bought a prepaid card when I bought it I tried to sign up for an account multiple times every time I try it it tells me its unable to register for an account I also didn't register my card because I cant make an account
