~4 gracie: came to fix a*c, * weeks later had roof leak where they put new a*c, after * weeks of trying to get contractor to return I called a.h.s.they sent a second opinion contractor who said roof leak due to bad install of a*c roof unit. When original contractor returned to repair his MISTAKE I was charged a second $**.** service fee. I am a landlord with ** contracts and will NOT renew them. Their phone service is a joke. I was promised by "Roberta" that she would reverse the second service charge but good luck finding anyone by using their phone system. Wasted hours attempting to get someone to review the "notes" on my situation but to no avail. Do yourself a favor and avoid these rip off artists
