~eragar: I entered information to request service online. I receioved a ticket number and name and number of service organizatiuon assigned. Left message for them and when they called back, next day, they said they don't service or install water heaters. I called this time, on hold forever and after I finally got to someone they apologized and took ** minutes to complete a new work order and assign a new service group. They were to call next day. I called and left message. They called back and again said, they don't service or repair water heaters. Can anyone say keystone cops?
