GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman55898: I am charged for a call out when the escalation team ordered a second opinion. The supplier who came told us one thing and then went and wrote something completely different. As a result we are disputing this on the grounds that what he wrote is not the cause of the problem but the result. We believe he wrote something different from what he told us when he realized this was a $**,*** home insurance issue and it could potentially lead back to AHS and its suppliers if ALLSTATE chose to find the real cause and pursue reimbursement. We oppose the $** charge because under any circumstances we did not order the second opinion. We asked AHS to check the telephone recorded conversation with escalation but they never came back to us. That was Dec ****. We called * more times and were told that the escalation dep was closed andthere was no supervisor available. We were told all the times that an email was sent and a supervisor will call us within **-** hours. Nobody called at any of those occasions. Yesterday I was on the phone holding for * hour ** minutes at which time I was disconnected. No supervisor called me today either. We just closed our account with AHS but do not want them to affect our credit score by giving it to a collection agency.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman55898: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about American Home Shield's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman55898: For that I would say one out of five.
