~Melissa: I am with SC Department of Human Services and we CONSTANTLY receive payments form Anthem BCBS with NO EOB's attached so we waste NUMEROUS hours and days calling around to various Anthem BCBS office to try and get this information usually with no end result. We we cannot get the information, we will just just post check to "other" so the claim the payment was send for never gets the credit, therefore, we continue to bill Anthem BCBS for those sames claims. This process needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!!! If you would like to contact me, my direct number is ***-***-**** and my name is Melissa. But I doubt that anyone will ever call me because I have left many messages with Anthem BCBS and have only ever had one callback.
