GetHuman-410349: My wife and I had had a several very bad experiences at the applesbees in Waynesboro, Pa. I spoke with your corporate office about it and had no positive response. That was five years ago. *We recently visited a relative in Medina Ohio and she wanted to go to lunch at applesbee on Pearl street in Medina. We went, on September **, ****, and I was wowed by the service and the food. The manager who was on duty made every effert to make sure that we had a very positive experience. I complimented the manager on duty and said that I believed good service should be recognized as much as bad service. I will again dine at an Applesbee restaurant, just not in Waynesboro. Kudos to Medina.
