GetHuman-113833: They sent me the wrong part in a box that had the correct part * printed on the box. To get the mistake resolved with their atrocious customer service was draining(no pun intended) to say the least. on top of that, it took * weeks after they received the returned part to receive an e-mail notice of my refund. bottom line, find another company to buy your appliace parts.
