~aviboy: This company offers no phone number to contact customer service. Only a chat box is available, and the person(?)*computer there just prompts you to use their automated tools to answer your questions (but give them ** hours). Site promises *-* days to process order and *-* business days to deliver, but it took longer than that just to find out my product hadn't shipped yet. I'm still waiting for the parts I ordered ** days ago!
