My wait time was *** minutes.I have tried to contact DES for three days, several hours each day, calling and recalling because the automated service they have kept hanging up on me. The last day I was finally transferred and had been waiting for almost * hours and I finally got a person on the phone. She then transferred me and I waited for almost two hours. She tried to do all she could and I found her very helpful. As a matter a fact I got a callback the next day while I was at school. The message that was left was for me to call her back... on the same line that it took me days to reach someone. I am now on my second day of trying to reach someone. I give up.
