GetHuman-430756: I have a warranty replacement for a love seat that was broken on delievery. After waiting * weeks to have a tech show and say "yes, thats broken" I finally got a delivery date. I called this morning to find out the est delvery time and they said its not even on the truck. OMG! All this after my new oversized ottoman was the wrong color. Customer service wouldn't do anything aboutt it so I drove to the showroom and exchanged it for the floor model that was the correct color. I will never buy form Ashley's again!!
