~pkdm2315: This was the worst service I have ever received. We received the side board with a crack. It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving so I waited until Monday to call due to the holiday weekend and was told I waited longer than the ** hours and a service call was required. I tried to explain *. It was a holiday weekend. *. I did not want a service call because I did not want to have to wait another day for an exchange. I was told I would get a call back. No call. I called back the next day and was given the same run around, so I explained the situation again and was told to send a picture because a manager would want to see the crack. I emailed the picture. No call back. I called the next day and was on the phone for over an hour with no result. I was told they would call me the next day. No call. (In the middle of all this I tried to call the store directly and no one has ever answered the phone) I finally decided to drive to the store, which is ** minutes from my house, to maybe ge
