GetHuman-183781: While I didnt have to wait long, I lost brackets for my bed and have to wait three months for them to send me replacement.There is none in stock and I have to wait. Or buy new rails.To me at this point is an expense that I cannot afford.Wouldnt it be easier to send me two anyway and replace them instead rather than have me wait for three months.I am disappointed and will never buy from these people again.They go out of their way to make the sale but there is no support after the sale.Take my advice , if you decide to buy after all, please make sure its easy to get replacement parts outside of Ashley .
