~Dissatisfied : Had problems with windows *.* resetting back to factory state. I accidentally deleted the partition it was saved on after I created a USB boot drive. I was disconnected with the first rep who was helping me change the boot order. Had some issues in the beginning getting to the bios screen. Would not load from f* originally, was able to enter from a shift * shutdown successfully when I was disconnected from rep. The second female rep barely spoke English and did not even want to help and said immediately to mail it in after less than one minute speaking with her. She was horrible and rude. I contacted a friend who was a little more computer friendly than I was and we were able to repartition and get the hard drive fixed within minutes. This was my first experience with ASUS and definitely not impressed with their support. I did call before *pm so wasn't sure if it the last was getting ready to leave for the evening, having a bad day or just didn't know what she was doing.

~Dissatisfied : I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dissatisfied : I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dissatisfied : For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Asus customers?
~Dissatisfied : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Asus to know who you are.
