~Danna: To Whom it may concern - This email is to compliment one of your staff members*from store *****.First and foremost, I want to recognize Kelly for being absolutely helpful when I experienced car trouble at a WAWA gas station on Opitz Rd in Woodbridge Va. The attendants at the WAWA gas station were unable to help me. Lucky for me a wonderful young lady wearing her Auto Zone uniform by the name of Kelly approched me, she asked if I needed assistance. I told her I had purchased a battery from Advanced and they refused to install it because it was out of their parking zone. Kelly offered to install the new battery and asked me if I had any inconvinience in her doing this. Kelly took the time to explain my options. She appeared very confident. Kelly removed the deteriorated battery from my car and installed the new battery. I was so happy and thankfull for her in taking the time to help me. She was extremely kind and patient. I wish there were more people outher with great customer service l
