~corkylynn, corkylynnx1 or Core: I called Avast because my subcription ran out and I tried to sign up for another subscription for the free Avast because I cannot afford to upgrade it at this time. I'm on a Disability pension and raising a teenager and unable to work as I'm still unwell. I only had one glitch that happened when I tried to subscribe again. I had a pop-up that wouldn't let me go forward and all I wanted was how to change it but even after the tech guy went through the procedure, I still have the same problem. Also, I asked if he was going to charge me because I'm on a very tight budget and he said it would only be $*.**. I asked him again if I heard him properly and he said $*.** again but I had other problems that microsoft should be able to repair that needed repairing and he said for a one-time repair I would have to pay $***.** but if I decided that my computer could have a steady repair for years, it would cost me $***.**. I told him that I cannot afford any of that because I'll go into debt a
