~Refund Denied: I purchased AVAST in May **** and during the next ** days my computer sent out spam emails * times even after doing indepth scans with the AVAST software. The software never found a problem and tech support said the software was fine. I had to uninstall AVAST and purchase new software. I purchased Norton and haven't had a problem since. I asked for a refund because the software performed poorly and was denied because it had been more than ** days.

~Refund Denied: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Refund Denied: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Avast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Refund Denied: For that I would say one out of five.
