~Butterscotchchick: The charger for my NookHD* for some reason stopped working. Since it was still under warranty, the CSR just wanted to go ahead and replace the charger's base without even trying to determine why the charger wasn't charging my device. She seemed a bit lazy when it came to trouble shooting. (This could also be that, the company doesn't give them good enough training regarding trouble shooting matrices from which to work). After going back and forth, the decision was made to replace the NookHD*.
