GetHuman-172266: your customer service lacking waited on hold to talk to a supervisor for * hour and ** minutes to be told nothing could be done other than appologize to me. would not listen to me and tell me that my nook was cut off when it wasn't i called back on * other phones and waited a total of ** minutes to be told my nook was not black listed it was the *rd time before the gentleman assured me that it was finally cut off,then the supervisor finally came on appologizing for the wait when i asked if there was a corporate number to call she gave it to and if you could listen to the call recordings one of the associates said that there was no such number and i could not contact corporate office.
