~Kwitcher Belkin': after ** minute wait chat person said a phone consultation would be necessary, took my number said I would get a call within **-** minutes, at *:** pm. The call actually came at *:** am, the next morning, and was useless as the caller's accent was difficult to understand and he spoke very quickly. The Belkin router customer support website is filled with bragging and testimonials as to their brilliant service... ironic doesn't begin to cover it.*Returned the Belkin for a good ol' Netgear product, what I should have chosen in the first place. That will teach me not to ever listen to Fry's salespeople.
