Not one of any of the BCBS numbers are working...same message" closed due to increment weather""*Well Ive tried for two weeks to get in touch with someone... and tried every phone number and extension to get an answer somewhere... NOTHING.. I only can hope that I can get ahold of someone in the third week of trying... I would like to get my ID cards and info packet and maybe use it.. since I continue to pay for it week to week to week....
