GetHuman-330412: I frequently visit store ***** for lunch. As time is an issue I go to the drive thru. I was very much upset on ********** at **:** PM order *** when I ordered a ** piece chicken nugget to find (after I was back at work) that my nuggets had to be sitting for a while as they were dried up and stale. I was very disappointed. I work hard for my money and on a budget. I had bought some the day before and was asked to wait and was glad to as my nuggets were hot and fresh. They should not serve old stale food to customers. I am not happy with Burger King.
