~Judy: There is no way around the robot. You are not given the option to wait. All that you are allowed to do is to let them call you back in "* to **" minutes. They don't call back. Absolutely the most uncompromising, unyielding, impersonal, and unhelpful customer service I have encountered. And I am old, so there have bee many opportunites to get bad service. This is ** on the horrible list.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CPS Energy. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CPS Energy problem?
~Judy: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Judy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CPS Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Judy: For that I would say one out of five.
