~cvssucks: cvs caremark is the WORST prescriptions benefit manager I have ever had. It stands in the way of the care a Doctor tries to prescribe for their patients. I have NEVER had the problems trying to get necessary prescriptions that I have had on this plan. The customer service is terrible and I get a different answer from each rep I talk to. Nobody has any idea what they are talking about! It is absurd to have to wait ** days or longer for an "authorization" to have to go through on an absolutely necessary medication. I guess I will have to go to my local pharmacy and pay for it out of pocket. Kind of defeats the purpose of insurance doesn't it? On a scale of *-** my customer satisfaction would be at least -**! I am praying that my prescriptions provider will change soon! I will also never shop in a CVS store and will tell all of my friends not to either. I guess it all comes down to $$$ and the greedy SOB's at CVS will never see another dime of mine!!!!

~cvssucks: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cvssucks: For that I would say five out of five.
