~Holle: Had a horrible altercation with an employee and called to talk to a manager who wouldn't talk to me. I called the head office who put me on hold several times. Finally talked to a human who put me on a hold then lost my call.. transfered again. Never spoke to the person at the head office. Won't use thier pharmacy or store. They allow their employees to curse out customers and other employees.. she even cursed out the on duty manager.. and still she has her job. Comunication is not a strong point at all.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CVS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CVS problem?
~Holle: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Holle: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Holle: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CVS customers?
~Holle: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS to know who you are.
