~rchavis: Store ***** Durham, NC*Let prescription over night to be filled came back next day before * pm, waited in line over ** min.. Associate found prescription, but had to have the pharmacist to verify, so they would page me.*Waited for an hour no store intercom call and I asked one associate to check my order -- she did not.I got back in line for another ** minutes and asked for my order that was sitting on top on the counter. The very slow in-store check out and drive through process is very unorganized and inefficient. But at least one associate apologized for the error!

~rchavis: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rchavis: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rchavis: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CVS customers?
~rchavis: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS to know who you are.
