~Ricky Jr.: Was trying to find an previous version of a current product, as I feel it is made better. CVS customer service was very courteous & professional, even though we were unable to find an earlier iteration of this item.

~Ricky Jr.: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Ricky Jr.: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ricky Jr.: For that I would say two out of five.

~Ricky Jr.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS to know who you are.
