GetHuman-114078: Canada Post dose not follow up. I live remote area and ** homes, parcels, mail are being stolen from locked boxes, no sign on breaking entrance. It's inside job. Turns out Canada post contracts out delivery in our area . With that said they have way to monitor this issue, cause once it leaves their building they no longer know who's hands it falls into. Many have contacted Canada Post and was told the same thing. Basically it boils down they take the complaint and there's nothing they can do.
