GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Canada Post customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Joanna: I live in St. Albert, Grandin area. Called the CanadaPost about a recurring "card'n'dash" situation where I am home but I get carded instead of my package being delivered. Explained that I already called the local postal dispatch outlet twice, and no corrective action of any kind was taken to resolve the issue. Also explained that, in prior delivery issues (same nature), the package was re-delivered. This time, I was told that the package WILL NOT BE RE-DELIVERED and that I AM TO GO AND PICK IT UP MYSELF. I am beyond livid about this right now! They charge the highest rates (comparing to US, UK, and EU), yet stick you with this crappy service! And there is NO real resolution, or apology, or owning up to the problem! Disgusting!!! I will be writing to whomever I can about this., media, MP, you name it. Someone has got to clean up their mess!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Canada Post. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Canada Post problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Joanna: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Joanna: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Canada Post customers?
