~Doug: The lady that answered indicated she was a Senior account representative and would not allow me to speak with anyone beyond her capacity (such as her boss)and simply repeated herself and would not expand on the information, useless conversation, wasted ** minutes of my time...

~Doug: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Doug: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Doug: For that I would say five out of five.
