GetHuman-ellahil: A bit of a rip off
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-ellahil: They know that we need the service, so they take advantage and charge prices way higher than what you get for it. Plus, something that really irritates me is their inaccurate prices for sitters. The lowest pay option starts at $*.** above minimum wage! So it looks like you're willing to pay $**.** per hour even if you're not. Another thing that I really hate is the way they edit what you write, and not in a grammatically correct way, making you look dumb. Why do they re-write our bio's??

GetHuman-ellahil: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-ellahil: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-ellahil: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Care.com customers?
GetHuman-ellahil: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Care.com to know who you are.
