GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Care.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-339555: BE CAREFUL...care.com charges you every quarter whether you use the service or not. Not sure if I will get a refund but the man on the phone said he would submit my request for REVIEW. I haven't used care.com since Sept **** and have been charged $** every quarter without noticing (my spouse usually pays the bills). I only asked for a refund of the most recent charge in June ****. It will be interesting to see if they refund the charge. If not, I would NOT recommend this service to anyone in my area. Just not worth the trouble.
