GetHuman-409335: This business did NOT want to refund me what they got paid without my authorization!! *I could not find where is it stated that Care.com would continue withdrawing monthly money*payments from my bank acct. after I had selected ONLY * MONTH SERVICE when I signed up for their membership and I it gave me the option to choose the time frame --or else, WHAT IS THE POINT OF GIVING THE OPTION TO CHOOSE THE AMOUNT OF TIME you want to to use them???? This is cheating people and they know it!!! *I should have read the reviews before. They have more negative than positive ones. Not to mention I get more business from posting on Craigslist than I got with Care.com
