GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Cenlar customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~LadyJane: Every person answers with an American name and the worst Indian accent heard. They repeat the same story over and over and never even look in the system. Been waiting a month and a half for them to pay insurance company and still no payment received. Every time I call they all say to fax in the bill and each one has given a different fax number.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Cenlar. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Cenlar problem?
~LadyJane: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LadyJane: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Cenlar's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LadyJane: For that I would say four out of five.
