GetHuman-409248: They say less than ** seconds - they LIE. Since CenturyLink took over QWest the service is terrible. You cannot get tech support - except via chat which is not available on weekends. Calling puts you on wait - we intend to get rid of them as soon as we can which is a shame because when the service works it is good. Now calls are farmed out to foreign countries - before you could speak to a US tech who understood American English. I have been on phone for ** minutes and have just been told that "Your call is very important to us* we are sorry you have waited so long* your call will be answered in order received and we value your business"!!!!!!

GetHuman-409248: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-409248: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CenturyLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-409248: For that I would say two out of five.
