~Dejavu: Charter Reps are always available BUT the issue is the service of their cable & internet, which has been the worst ever.I'm finally at my wits end with them. Cable constantly freezes or breaks up. Internet is always dc'n or there are outages. For *months they tried to find an issue with my wires or equipment... replaced everything & then they "realized" it was something else. All that time taken off work to just be here for their constant checks. It wasn't long & the problem crept back in. I have just been dealing with it & now I think I'm switching. I call & they give me the same song and dance & they want me to be available for them. It's dejavu & it turns my stomach. We have family members that are dropping charter as well. They need to step up before everyone gets fed up with them & switches.
