~aduysen : EAS did it's monthly test, then cable git stuck on EAS. Called Charter after waiting ** minutes I was told the EAS did not give Charter control back after the test. I called the FCC and they reported no issue with the EAS. Called Charter back & got recored message that there is an issue in my area & techs are working to fix it. I feel lied to & I wish Cox or Comcast would come into my area, I would switch cable providers so quick . I don't even care if I have to pay more for less. I'm just tired of Charter & thier bs excuses.

~aduysen : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Charter Communications's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~aduysen : For that I would say three out of five.
