~Not Happy: I'm actually still on hold as I wait. Business lines have been out since approximately **:** AM and it is now *:**PM. I was OK with that until I wanted my phones manually rolled to an on call service (something I've had done before when charter has an outage) however I am put on terminal hold. Even after I went to the residential side, explained my situation and told them not to place me on hold, they still did it.

~Not Happy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
