~Terrycamper55: I have waited for * months to receive my buy out check of $***.**. I called several times looking for my check. I received a call from Charter and said it came back so wanted to verify my address and popped the check back in the mail. Once I received I deposited it to my checking account and received a letter and fee from my bank three days later saying Charter stopped the check. I called Charter and they said I shouldn't have cashed the check, they were sending another one. I called Charter said the second check took to long to deposit so they said that one would be stopped. Charter called again saying they were sending a third check but go ahead and ignore that one and cash the second check they would guarantee it was good. Sigh I have another bad check from Charter! I have terrible phone service and when I asked to cancel my phone service I am told they will just make my other rates higher. They don't seem to have problems sending me my bill every month. Horrible company!!!!!
